I tried these last week, and they were great. Very Happy Didn't have cream cheese, so I added 2 cubes of Red Cow brand cheese inside. Thanks for this recipe!

Yes, mine was lumpy too. Like suggested above, you need to use a hand whisk to whisk it to a consistent texture. Then you can attain slightly coarse looking kaya, but not as smooth as the one in Gina ...
