Hi Gina, The brand is `Teens'. ( I hope I spelt it correctly). Very tasty and delicious .... for me. It costs around RM4.80 per packet.

I don't use premix or buy ready made laksa paste.
I make my own. Refer to the link provided to get the one I made from scratch.

beesidhu Not difficult at all. Just sprinkle the powder mixture (thin layer will do) to your tray , no holes, then top with almond slice. That's all!

tried once for a similar salad and it turned brown easily...

I tried this today ....must say it is very good ...but a few things ...mine was not very soft secondly the top was hard so how? maybe i baked it longer ...cos after 20 mins when i saw it was still wobbli ...
