I'm very happy with the result. Very Happy My 1st attempt at roasting a whole slap of beef, though only 1.2 kg. ( nothing compared to your much larger attempts!)

I saw butchers chopping up lamb in Tekka market before. I think they are fresh.

Also, there are quite a no. of stalls selling chilled beef & mutton.
