Just wanna share, i think mature ginger works better here, as my 1st attempt was using mature ginger.

Then i try making this again using young ginger .. the milk dun curdle. End up with Ginger Milk ...

beesidhu Not difficult at all. Just sprinkle the powder mixture (thin layer will do) to your tray , no holes, then top with almond slice. That's all!
