a pack of premix that makes 1kg of yoghurt cost around $4 ~ $5

I love the non-fried version called summer rolls / Goi Cuon

80g Chinese Custard
2tbsp Fresh Milk
300g butter

anyway, may I know the use of corn starch to the minced chicken?
