My hubby brought me to his colleagues' BBQ gathering last Saturday. And the chicken wings marinated by Fiona were simply yummy. I snuck up to her and asked for the recipe. She 'agar agar' tell me what's in the marinade.

I tried it yesterday. Tasted similar, just that longer marinate time will be better.

Yields 10 Chix Wings
Marinade:
2 tbsps ketchup
2 tbsps chilli sauce
2 tbsps plum sauce
2 tbsps sugar/honey
1 tsp sesame oil

10 chicken wings

1) Mix the marinade and pour over the chicken wings.
2) Mix well until the chicken wings are evenly coated.
3) Leave in the fridge to marinate for overnight (preferably).
4) Grill or BBQ until cooked.

Note: This is the 'sweet' type of chicken wings.

I love plum sauce! It's my "secret" chicken wing marinade too. Only thing is, I cannot find it here *WAH!*
