will try to take a naked picture later..but here's the decorated one with fresh cream. Melody's teachers said the cupcakes were delicious. I also made extra for Natasha's friends. Everyone loved it.

Interesting combination was done by trial and error because I run out of hazelnut powder. So I use dessicated coconut instead.

Makes 24 mini cupcakes
Ingredients
250g butter(salted)
150g light brown sugar
2 eggs(55g each)
80ml milk(I use low fat milk)
3 tbsp Nutella chocolate spread
80g dessicated coconut
100g plain flour

Method
1. Beat butter and sugar till creamy, add egg one at a time till well mixed.
2. Mix milk with nutella chocolate and stir till its mixed
3. Pour into batter and continue to beat(using the mixer)
4. Add dessicated coconut, plain flour, beat for 1 min till well combined
5. Stop the mixer, scoop and fill paper liners
6. Baked in preheated oven 180C for 18 to 20 mins.
7. Remove to cool before piping cream. or have it 'naked'

Gina,
The decoration on the cupcakes is so beautiful.
I wonder how do you pipe those roses?

Thanks May for answering for me. the roses are crafted from a silicone mould. Haven't reach that level to pipe flowers yet. even with these swirls, my hands shook!

Thanks for the enlightenment. This show I'm still a rookie in cake decorations.

The deco makes the cakes "ultra-tempting"
