My coffee, did you dissolve the honey before glazed your bun or simply apply honey on hot buns, just out of the oven. I look very shinny, like those in the bakery.

I like the little sweet from the glaze use by bakery. I try using syrup but it doesn't the shinny look to my bun. Thanks in advance for any tips!

Alco, I find that brushing melted butter as soon as the rolls come out of the oven make them shiny. Eggwash right before baking help them brown nicely. Hope these help.

Thanks Asan for your tips. It clarify a lot. I believe a dissolve my egg with too much water, so the bread didn't brown enough and the melted butter didn't give the shiny look to my bread.

I try this just now. I missed out the 1/4 cup of water, end up my dough is dry and dun rise sad

Will try again!
