The soup is very sweet. Refreshing. You can also cook this using a slow cooker.

This is how the Green Radish looks like

When its cut, this is how the centre looks like.

Serves 4 persons
Ingredients
1 green radish(cut into smaller pieces)
20 pcs baby carrots
50g soya beans
500ml rich chicken stock
50ml Red Glutinous Rice Wine(if not, use any hard liquor)
salt to taste

Method
1. Boil chicken stock in a pot. Add all the vegetables, soya beans to boil for 15 mins.
2. Pour contents into a claypot and cover the pot.
3. Put the pot into a bigger pot filled with water till it reaches half of the smaller pot.
4. Turn on fire to double boil using low heat for 2 hours.
5. Refill water when necessary.
6. Add Wine to the soup and serve immediately. Add salt to taste.

Loved this soup! Though there are no herbs in it, it tasted herbal to me - must be the radish. This is a keeper. Thanks, Gina
