I tweaked my Easy Shepherd's Pie to make this. the next best food for kid's party. coffee

Served in a disposal cup


Time to dig in


Oozing with flavour, creamy and delicious! Mr. Green


Yields 10 cups
Ingredients
1 pc of Sutchi Fillet(defroze)
6 pcs Tiger prawns(remove shells, devein)
6 pcs Crabsticks
1 can of Cream of Chicken Soup(I use Campbell's)
1 can of button mushrooms
half cup of frozen vegetables
1 medium red onion(chopped)

Topping
3 potatoes
50g butter(salted)
pinch of salt
50g Mozzarella cheese(shredded)
50g Cheddar Cheese(shredded)

Method for fillings
1. Cut fish fillet, prawns, crabsticks into thick chunks.
2. Heat up wok with 1 tbsp of olive oil.
3. Add onions to saute till soft.
4. Add seafood chunks, frozen vegetables, button mushroons and canned soup to fry till well mixed.
5. Turn off heat and set aside to cool.

Method for toppings
1. Boil potatoes till soft.
2. Peel away the skin, mash while its still hot.
3. Add butter and salt to stir and mix.
4. Add cheese and stir till cheese is melted.

Method for assemble
1. Fill each cup with fillings. Fill upto 50% full.
2. Spread 2 to 3 tbsp of topping on top.
3. Preheat oven to 200C
4. Baked in the oven for 15 mins or until the top is slightly brown and crusty looking.

Serve immediately.

Hi! I tried making this pie for dinner tonight using the mushroom soup as I do not have any chicken flavoured ones Embarassed


But still the boys loved it very much and finished their dinner in double quick time! Thanks for the recipe Gina grin

May I know how long can this be kept? Can I make and keep in the fridge first then whenever I want, I just place it in the oven to bake???

seafood spoils very fast. Best to make enough to last 2 days the most. Any longer, it may turn sour and bad.

I made this today.....Taste heavenly..But I replaced sausages with the mixed vege....And I added abit too much...so in the end too little sauce...

But very very nice..Will definitely make this again.
