Valrhona and Chips Cookie(recipe and pic)

Ingredients
250g butter(salted, SCS)
180g cake flour
100g potato starch
100g Chocolate rice
80g Valrhona cocoa powder
1 egg
150g fine sugar

Method
1. Leave butter in room temperature to soften. Add sugar and beat till creamy.
2. Add egg to beat.
3. Add all the flour, chocolate rice, cocoa powder to fold in till it forms into a firm dough.
4. Scoop and roll into small balls and place on baking tray.
5. Bake in preheated oven 170C for 15 mins.
6. Remove to cool before storing into air tight containers.

of course can. but then cannot call this cookie as Valrhona. Cheeky grin

Well, I sell all the cocoa powders in my shop:

If you use Hershey's, its S$5.50 per jar of 225g
If you use Van Houten, its S$2.50 per jar of 80g
If you use Valrhona, its S$3.45 per jar of 80g or $28 for 1kg
