-minced pork 250gms( from super mart)
-enoki mushroom 1 pkt(cut into small bits not mince)
-water chestnut 4-5 pcs(same as mushroom)
-1/2 t of sea salt
-1T light soya sauce
-some sugar, pepper and chicken granules
-wanton skin 200gm
1.Combine filling ingredients and seasonings.
2.Fill up 1 t onto each skin , fold into triangle shape , bring down two pointed ends, damp it a little and firmly press together to form a nugget.
3. Gently fry in moderate temp till golden brown.
4.Make about 50 pcs.
You might want to test fry one first to comfirm the taste to your liking.
Left over filling was use to fry rice the next day.
I know these crispy morsels disappear fast enough when my boy is around.
