Hello to all ,

Can i check how much batter to be put into the cups ? coz my cakes is always higher then the cups. if i put half cup it is still high and i got to trim off in order to level the cups cake.

and any recomendation for simple design for wedding cup cakes .

how much to fill in each cup depends on your recipe cos every one rise different, yielding different height.

I will usually start with 50% - 70% full, then adjust from there. If it rises above the cups, just trim off the top.

Sorry this does not really answer your question but I hope it helps in other sense.
