Some friends brought these back for me from China but I have no idea how to prepare nor how to eat them. Any suggestions will be appreciated as I'm clueless how to use Chinese ingredients
1) Tong Choong Cho ( cordyceps?? the ones that look like worms) flower
2) Dried bamboo shoots -- in slices-- looks like dried corn husks.
