Like to share the recipe from my aunt, but she uses agarism.. I will get the measurement when I have done it myself.. below for reference first..

Tapioca Kueh (Coated with dessicated coconut)
1. Ask the hawker to grind tapioca - 1 kg
2. Buy $1 of coconut milk
3. Buy $1 of dessicated coconut, steam for 10min
4. Mix the grind tapioca with $1 of coconut milk, add in 10 tbsp of sugar
5. Mix well and lay the tapioca mixture on a pan and steam for 20 min (depends on the thickness)
6. After steaming.. let it cool for 10 to 15 min, cut it out (it will be sticky) and coated with dessicated coconut.

Note: can mix the tapioca mixture wif different colors..

Before Steaming:

hi,

Have checked that $1 coconut milk is around 230ml..
Think you can buy from NTUC / Shop and save those pre-packed coconut milk.
