(A)
200g castor sugar
100g hoon kueh flour
800ml (Coconut milk = 250ml + 550ml cooked red bean water)

Red bean 100g (Cooked till soft)

1. Mix (A) evenly
2. Pour cooked red bean into (A) and cooked till concentrated
3. Pour the mixture into mould and let it cool
4. Place in fridge under chiller for 2 to 3 hours
5. Remove from mould and ready to serve.

looks good..thanks. but may not use coconut milk..coz we have to cut back on coconut milk due to cholestrol levels.

hi Gina,

yes.. can increase the water amount and reduce the coconut milk.. as long as the total amount = 800ml.

ok, noted. Coz my MIL not allow to take alot of coconut milk..doctor's orders. My hubby also cannot take. So I just want to check first.
