I finally bought a bottle of Nutella just to bake this. Made this yesterday and brought to my sister's house today. The kids love it! Thanks Gina for this simple and easy recipe. I'll be baking this often |

i have just tried this recipe today. the cake was soft when its hot but it turns a bit dense and hard after i let the cake cool on the wire rack ..why is that so?? could it be due to the replacement of the grounded hazel nut with grounded almond??as i have 100g of grounded almond and wish to use them up...
Overall, the cake taste nice though its not very nutella-y after adding 4 tbsp of the spread...tink i will add more nutella next time =D |

I've baked this cake last weekend, I must say it's really very nice and easy.. my relatives & parents all say this cake is very nice.. Thanks Gina for the recipe..
I also replaced the hazelnut with almonds, cos I mistaken the one I had at home is hazelnut, only realised it when I start baking.. but the taste is as good and the cake is nice..
this is my photo.. sorry, probably presentation wise not as fanastic yet.. will improve on that..
