Something different for a change. I love Spring onions when its fried..yums..! yummy

Ingredients
500g pork shoulder meat
big bunch of spring onions(scallions), chopped

Sauce ingredients:
2 tbsp light soya sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
50ml water

Marinate seasonings:
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp 5 Spice powder
2 tbsp cornstarch
pinch of salt

Method:
1. Slice thinly for the meat.
2. Marinate with seasonings and set aside for 15 mins.
3. Deep fry each pc of meat that is coated with seasonings for about 5mins.
4. Drain the excess oil. Keep the remaining oil from the wok.
5. Leave about 1 tsp of oil on the wok, add sauce ingredients and spring onions to fry..
6. Lastly add the pork chop in to toss with the seasonings.

Serve hot with rice..!
