|This is made easy due to the Salted Caramel Flavour Paste we sell in our stores. I added Valrhona Caramel Crunchy pearls to it to add some crunch to the ice cream.
300g thickened cream
200g Dairy Whipping Cream(I used Anchor's)
50g icing sugar
30g Salted Caramel Milk Flavour
1. Add cream, icing sugar and salted caramel flavour into the mixer.
2. Whip till stiff peaks. Turn off the mixer, add in crunchy pearls and give it a good stir to distribute the pearls evenly.
3. Store in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
