Just some stupid questions :

Step (2) : Do I have to remove the garlic skin or crush the garlic
Did you use the garlic in Step (3) from Step (2)?
Any suggestions what I can replace mixed vegetables with? My kids don't really fancy mixed vegetables though I loved them.

Thanks for sharing this simple dish.

I am looking for simple one dish meal recipe 'cos I only cook during weekends. Any members got any simple dish to share? Do share.

The garlic skin has to be removed and crush the garlic before adding into minced pork.

Used the garlic from Step 2, and chop into fine pieces.

Dun have any suggestions on the replacement of mixed vegetables. But when I cooked it with minced pork and dark soya sauce, it does not does that bad. My hub loves to eat this dish and he is a meat eater.

Super easy and nice.

I made a potato wall onto the plate and scoop the minced pork with mixed vege into the centre.

Potato wall : Boiled 500g potato till cooked. Mash potato with 50g butter and a dash of salt and pepper.
