Half a head of shredded Beijing cabbage
1 bundle bean thread (soaked in hot water till soft and cut up)
a handful of dried shrimp
6 pieces of shitake mushroom, sliced
3 pieces of ginger slices, juliened
1 tsp of chopped garlic
Stir fry ginger and garlic and dried shrimps in 3 tbsp of hot oil till fragrant.
Add in 2-3 cubes of the red fermented red bean curd and fry for a minute.
Add in the mushrooms and the shredded cabbage. Mix well.
Add in half a cup of water and simmer the vege for a minute.
Season to taste with a tbsp oyster sauce, half tsp of salt, a tsp of sugar, pepper and a tsp of sesame oil.
Add in the soften bean thread and mix well.
Ready to serve .
