ponine

that is just pure freshly squeezed lemon juice, water and sugar to taste.

Its an all American thing. coffee a must have for Summer in America.

I have just made 2 litres for home consumption Razz

You can also see that I have lemon pulp in the drink too..adds a nice soft crunch to it.

Yields 2 litres
Ingredients
6 fresh lemons
2 litres of water
200g sugar

Method
1. Squeeze juice from the lemons.
2. Add 200ml into a pot to boil.
3. Add sugar to the water to stir till melted.
4. Remove from stove to cool.
5. Add remaining water to the sugary water.
6. Add lemon juice to the water and stir to mix evenly.
7. Store in a water container and leave it in the fridge.

Notes
For alternatives, sometimes I would use Perrier Water (with fizz) in replace of water.
