This is a typical dessert from the region of Murcia

Ingredients
Ingredients for 4 people:
4 eggs
100 g of flour
100 g of sugar
4 dl of milk
4 dl of water

And thanks Ricardo! Made this dessert, it's amazing! I just love it!!!
I really wish I could get lemon leaves here (love its fragrance!)... forced me to change your original method by squeezing the dough through a hole of a zip-lock bag and spoon-in. The respecitve results are different but both good.
Take a close-up (spoon-in method)... not sure if it's close to original...


One more question... what's the purpose of resting the mixture for 30 mins (I didn't follow this step though)?
