Here is the recipe by Cete. Recipe's original name is Sunflower Pan Pound Cake as Cete originally used a Nordic Sunflower shaped bundt pan to bake it. I used the Wilton mini bundt pan to make them (see photo).

Ingredients:
( A )
125 gm sugar
250 g cream cheese
250 g butter
6 egg yolks ( grade A )
350 g flour

Thanks for this recipe Ginny. Would you know how long the baking time is, if we use a regular loaf or cake pan?

Hi CWL, sorry missed your posting until now.

I have only baked this cake once and only in those mini bundt pans. So I really have no idea how long to bake in a normal tin. I guess you can bake for 25 mins and then test with a skewer. As bundt pans are dark colored, the tin actually absorbs heat faster. Therefore, my guess for a normal tin would be about 35 minutes. Can any KC members come to the rescue to this question?

gotto reduce temperature for normal tin since they are bigger.. take longer to bake... so lower the temp...

Hope I can kaypoh a bit here. Cwl, my guess is 45-50 mins at 180C. For dark pans, lower temp by 10 degrees celsius.

Ginny, how many of these mini cakes can you make with this recipe? Is it 6 coz I see your baking tray has 6 moulds

Angie, I made six mini ones and the balance I baked in one loafpan (like those SaraLee poundcake size) but it is quite thin, about 4 cm height.
