yes, you can. but you need to dry roast the seeds first before blending it into powder.

with coriander seeds, you can use it for alot of other recipes. one quick one is the Cured Salmon recipe by Pauline aka Mrs Cang. Or my Lemon Grass Chicken (found at Healthy Meals!)

oh, it is different from what I used. I used just normal onion.
So the red onion is not a lot bigger than shallot? island
