Minced meat with Scrambled Tofu(recipe n pic)

Ingredients
1 packet of silken tofu
100g minced pork(or chicken)
10 pcs of tiger prawns(remove shells, chopped)
1 egg(lightly beaten)
2 tbsp chopped spring onions(green part only)
1 shallot (sliced thinly)

seasoning
1 tbsp sesame oil
20ml water
1 tsp ground white pepper
1 tsp Chinese rice wine
1 tsp Fish Sauce

Method
1. Marinate minced meat, prawns and spring onions with seasonings for 10 mins.
2. Heat up the wok with 2 tbsp cooking oil.
3. Add shallots to fry till soft
4. Add minced meat and quickly stir fry to disperse the meat.
5. Add tofu and use the spatula to cut it into smaller pieces.
6. Finally add egg and fry till its well mixed.
7. Serve immediately.

If you like to have more liquid, add soup stock or chicken stock.

yes it will. that is why I added that last. the heat is just enough to cook it. and you can serve this immediately.
