Butter Salted Lobsters(recipe n pic)

Ingredients
6 pcs baby lobsters(more if you like)
70g butter(melted)
1 tsp sea salt

Method
1. wash and clean lobsters.
2. heat up a sauce pot and add butter, salt to stir till well blended.
3. Pour over lobsters and leave it to marinate for 30 mins.
4. Grilled in oven of 200C for 5 mins till slightly crispy.
5. Serve immediately

Baby Lobsters Gina? Are these true lobsters or what is know as crawfish?

These ones are lobsters (see the claws) not crayfish as we know them in these parts.

they really are lobsters which I bought from the aquarium to breed at home. but I think they have been nibble at by the black African Oscars fishes I have in the same tank. and died..so I quickly cooked them.

I didn't get to eat them because I cannot imagine eating my pets. so that is why there are only 4. island
