I'm not sure if anyone out here had tried or posted this receipe before & it's something that I had seen on a TV show. It's simple & nice. The receipe below is based on my own estimation, so actually u can make any changes that you like.

Ingredient:
1) 3 potatoes with skin peeled.
2) A pinch of salt
3) A pinch of sugar
4) A dash of pepper
5) Cornflour
6) Eggs
7) crashed biscuits (I used Kong Guan biscuit)

Procedure:
1) Put the potato into a pot of water & boiled it till soft.
2) Mashed the potatoes, then add salt, sugar & pepper to flavour it.
3) Put it into the fridge to chill it for abt 1hr.
4) After 1 hr, take it out from the fridge & roll it into a ball. ( the size of the potato ball depends on individual)
5) Roll the ball over the cornflour 1st, then followed by th eggs then lastly the biscuit.
6) Deep fried the ball in a pot of hot oil for abt 3mins or till it's golden brown.

It's very nice as the outside will be crunchy & the inside is soft. Do give it a try & see if you will like it.

Yes this recipe is known in Argentina as la bomba The bomb
usually filled with a piece of cheese or mozzarella cheese or a combination of ham and cheese.

Oohh this recipe reminds me of something my mum used to cook when I was younger, only that she wrapped canned chilli tuna (and I remember it was farmland brand tuna... hahaha!) inside the potato ball... Yuuummm... *day dreams*
