girls got craving for steamed tofu..so I made this again.

Ingredients
1 packet of silken tofu
1 packet of preserved chopped radish
50g garlic(chopped)
50ml water

braising sauce
100ml light soya sauce
50ml dark soya sauce
100ml water
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp sugar
1 pc cinnamon stick
2 pcs star aniseed

Method
1. Wash radish and drain.
2. heat up wok with 2 tbsp of oil and add chopped garlic to fry till fragrant.
3. Add chopped radish to fry for 2 mins over high heat.
4. add sauce to cook till liquid dries up. Discard cinnamon stick and star aniseed.
5. Put tofu on a plate. Garnish the top with braised radish.
6. Pour water on top the radish.
7. Steam over high heat for 5 mins. turn off the first and leave it covered, for another 5 mins.

Serve immediately..warmed.
