Hi.. Here's a recipe I found in Australian Country Women's Cookbook.

Tried these with a cup of English Tea or Coffee. Very nice.

Simple to do as no baking required.

Ingredients

1 packet Arnotts Arrowroot biscuits*, crushed

* May not be able to find these in S'pore. Can use Marks and Spencers milk biscuits or is it called tea biscuits (like Marie biscuits). Blue packaging.
Or Kong Guan Marie Biscuits

4 tbsp icing sugar
1 ? tbsp cocoa (I used Horlicks or milk powder, so that they are more white...look more like snow)
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup mixed fruits (or dried dates, raisins, crasins etc)
90g butter
3 tbsp milk
Dessicated Coconut

Melt butter in milk and add vanilla. Combine other ingredients, roll into balls and coat with coconut. Leave to set.
