I got this receipe from a magazine.

2 red apple
2 green apple
6 pcs of Wu Hua Guo (can get from Medical hall)
10 pcs of Red Dates
Spare Ribs

I tried this receipe and cooked it in slow cooker.

Method

Cut the apples and remove the seed from the apple.
Wash the Wu Huo Guo and Red Dates
Rinse the Spare Ribs
Put all the ingredient into the slow cooker and bring to boil

This is mine first time post receipe. Hope its ok. Embarassed

the reason I ask you to credit the source is because some chefs are particular about their copyrights. So have to be careful about that. When you buy a magazine or cookbook to read and learn, its fine. But when you want to share in an online forum like this, you must get written permission from the publisher of the magazine or cookbook in order to post.

for example, I am a big fan of Devagi Sanmugam's Indian cooking and I got many of her cookbooks. I tried her Coconut Appam which I enjoy very much and wanted to share it here. I wrote to her via email to ask for her permission to submit the recipe here. She replied saying "yes, okay". so I did.

If you got a recipe from a friend or even a relative, usually its unprinted, unpublished, so it won't have any copyrights to it. You can share it online anywhere.
