Oatmeal cookie

250 gr. butter at room temperature
200 gr. brown sugar (use sugar according to your tolerance) (reduce to half)
100 gr. white granulated sugar (use sugar according to your tolerance) (reduce to half)
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
200 gr. flour

I think so, they get soft while siting the 20 minutes, and then baked.

Baked this just now and must say,the taste is lovely!Thank you MamaC!
Used a mixture of crushed cornflakes & quick-cooking oats as I only have those on hand but still turned out great Very Happy Also added crushed pecan nuts in mine.Halved the recipe and got abt 27 medium sized cookies.

I baked them twice, and probably I'll bake them again today. Thanks Vi for this fabulous recipe. Smile
