|A quick and easy meal for a lazy day.
EZ PIZZA PRATA
(for 1 person)
2 instant pratas (I used Chinatown brand)
1/2 tsp tomato sauce (can use BBQ sauce)
1/2 tsp chiili sauce (can omit this & use 1 tsp tomato instead)
1/2 tomato-slice thinly
1/4 tsp pizza herb - sold in bottles at Cold Storage
(or use a mix of rosemary & oregano)
1 slice Kraft cheese
(any of these others:-sausage, ham, leftover chicken or any other meat)
1) Heat a frying pan on low heat. Place the pratas on it if the pan is big enough or cook one by one. Cook one side until light brown.
2) Flip both the pratas over. Spread the sauces on one of the prata, top with tomato, herb and cheese.
3) Now place the other prata, without flipping, on top. Press lightly.
4) Slowly flip the prata over and cook for a few minutes. The two pratas will stick because of the cheese.
5) Serve while still hot.
