|actually, don't know what to call this. Its something we had often. I love the crunchiness of each vegetable. Great care needed when you are stir frying this. Make it quick, fast and use very high heat.
100g french beans, shred finely
50g carrot, shredded
100g bean sprouts
2 red chilli, seeded, shred
1 cm young ginger, shred finely
1/4 tsp sea salt
1. Heat up wok with 1 tbsp of corn oil and add ginger to stir fry till slightly browned.
2. Add carrots and french beans first to stir fry over high heat for 1 min.
3. Add salt, bean sprouts and stir fry quickly over high heat for 1 min.
4. Turn off heat, dish up and serve by garnishing the top with red chilli.
Goes great with noodles, rice.
