Hi,
I remember seeing a post talking about remedies for sensitive nose.
One of the remedy was mixing apple cider vinegar with honey, but I can't recall the exact amount and other details. Can somebody help me with that?
I just bought a bottle of apple cider vinegar and would like to give it to my brother who has very sensitive nose.
Thanks so much!

Hi Scruffzy,

I have been taking apple cider vinegar with organic raw honey for more than half a year. ACV is touted as a cure-all for many things, from allergies to headaches. I personally find that my skin is clearer and I sleep much better.

I usually use 2 tsp honey + 1.5 tsp ACV in a cup of room temp. water. More or less is up to you, you may wish to start with less ACV and more honey. The tart and acidic smell takes some getting used to though, my hubby dun like the smell but drinks it up anyway. Make sure you brush your teeth afterwards though, ACV is thought to be not too kind on your enamel.

Enjoy.

Hi Jent,

Thank you so much for your reply & advice!
I'll try that out as soon as I get hold of honey.
Many thanks! Wink

Hi honeylemon,

If you would like to try, I find that Braggs Organic ACV 'with the Mother' (the Mother is the cloudy sediment at the bottom) is a good brand. Taste way better than some other brands that I've tasted.
