Here's a very simple recipe to make ur own garlic bread at home, goes well with soup or any pasta dishes/sauces. One of my hubby's favourites.

Ingredients:

4 pieces of white bread, cut into half triangular
(may also use french bread)
3 cloves of garlic, chopped finely
4 tbsps of butter or margarine
Parsley, chopped

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 200C (400F).
2. Using a small saucepan over low fire, melt butter & add in garlic to fry a bit until fragrance, but careful not to boil the butter.
3. Pour the mixture into a bowl & add in parsley to mix well.
4. Using a pastry brush, brush the mixture on top of the cut slices of bread & bake in the oven for about 15 mins till crisp.

*May pre-make these garlic bread, seal tight & store in the freezer. Whenever u feel like eating, it's ready to be baked*

Hi, I happen to do my own garlic bread but turns out the recipe is exactly the same! haha!

Garlic bread is quite full proof. I usually will make extra butter and keep it in my fridge.
