my grandmother would add meatballs
made from minced pork or chicken.
besides soup, grandma would always prepare wu xiang to go with. |

yes..these days my mom is getting too old for doing this. In the past, my mom would make wu xiang too. But Hakka style. Coz she married a hakka man. _________________ Gina

My mum used to make this soup during CNY too, but she doesn't put Chinese cabbage and white radish instead she put in cos lettuce and Chinese leeks. "Fish Maws Soup" Love it!!  |
