This is a recipe I tried and it turns out delicious! Please give it a chance!
For the water dough:
ca. 180g water
a few drops of purple food colour
For the oil dough:
For the filling:
300g cooked, peeled and hot taro
150g powder sugar
100g koh fun (糕 粉)
Mash hot taro and mix it with other Ingredients for filling in a bowl.
Mix all ingredients for water dough. Chill. Mix all ingredients for oil dough and chill it, too. Portion water dough to 70g each and oil dough to 30g each.
Roll a portion of water dough out, place a portion of oil dough on the water dough. Wrap water dough aroung oil dough.
Flatten dough longishly.
Roll dough to a swiss roll.
Turn roll 90
