This is SUPER EAsy to do.
Made this last night..just a small portion because never do before and didn't know if the family likes it or not..

Gone in 5 mins!

yums!



Ingredients
2 large sections of lotus root
100g tapioca starch/flour
1 tsp fine sea salt

Method
1. Peel off skin of lotus root by using a vegetable peeler
2. Wash, sliced thinly.
3. Toss with flour and salt.
4. Deep fry in hot oil till it turns golden brown.
5. Serve with chilli sauce or mayo.
