Naughty Nelly is a brand of home grown vegetables that are made into spices for cooking. I got these from my Chef friend who runs his own catering business in USA. I promised him to try it out and hopefully to market these in Singapore at my retail shop.

For this dish, I use the Rotisserie Chicken Spice Rub. Its very tasty!!!

Ingredients
200g Choi Sum(or any green leafy vegetables)
12 pcs large grey prawns(remove shells, devein)
1.5 tbsp Naughty Nelly's Rotisserie Chicken Spices
2 tbsp olive oil
50ml chicken stock

Method
1. Blanch vegetables in boiling hot water for 2 to 3 mins till cooked.
2. Drain and wash in cold water. Arrange on a plate.
3. Heat up the frying pan to add olive oil and spices to fry a minute.
4. Add prawns and quickly stir fry for 2 to 3 mins. Add water
5. Dish out prawns and spice sauce over the plated vegetables.
6. Serve with warmed rice.

well, can't get in Singapore. I hope to bring it into Singapore to sell. Need to get NEA approval first. Smile

Its created by my chef mentor, friend from USA. He runs his own vegetable orchard biz in USA and runs a culinary school too.
