I loved this..its very crunchy.




Ingredients
150ml Butter(salted)
100g fine sugar
250g Plain flour
50g Roasted White Sesame Seeds
70g Roasted Peanuts(coarsely ground)

Method
1. Heat butter over the stove till melted. Turn off heat.
2. Mix with sugar, nuts, sesame seeds and flour till it forms into a hard dough.
3. Scoop out portions using a cookie scoop. Baked in preheated oven at 170C for 20 minutes. Leave to cool completely before storing.

Gina, how come butter is 150ml? Is it measured after melting?

need to flatten dough on baking tray after forming round balls from cookie scoop?

I used a cookie scoop..if you flatten it too much, it will break..
