|Super easy to do. Or at least its easy because the lobster tails are cleaned and packed and ready to use.
Frozen pack. Got it from NTUC during their promotion sales. It was S$23.65 per pack of 2 tails.
2 lobster tails
30g Salted Butter(use a good french butter)
pinch of nori chopped(you can use fresh parsley or basil leaves, chopped)
1. Heat up a pot of water and add lobster tails in to cook for 5 mins.
2. Remove and drain.
3. Heat up frying pan with butter, and add lobster tail to fry by turning over to coat with the melted butter.
4. Once the fragrant emits from the juices of the lobster tail, remove and serve on a plate. Garnish the top with chopped nori(seaweed)
