|Interesting to note that when you eat this ice cream with Cherry tomatoes, it tastes even better. Something unique for a change.
This is a new product, flown in direct from Japan. It has no additives or food colouring used. All Natural. You can get this from my KC stores.
300g thickened cream
100g Dairy Whipping Cream(I used Anchor's)
50g icing sugar
3 tbsp Sweet Potato Powder(purple)
1. Add cream, icing sugar and sweet potato powder into the mixer.
2. Whip till stiff peaks.
3. Store in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
4. Serve with your favorite toppings..!
