Recipe by Gina Choong
Makes 4 cups (3 inches diameter)
200g fresh Cherries(pitted)
4 tbsp fine sugar
40g plain flour, sifted
1/8 tsp of salt
130g Heavy Cream(Thickened cream)
1 tbsp of Amaretto( a kind of Almond liquer)
Snow Powder : 20 g
1. Lightly grease aluminium dish with oil. Add cherries to the dish.
2 Whisk the eggs, cream, sugar, salt and flour together until smooth.
3 Lastly, add Amaretto.
4. Whisk until smooth. Pour into the baking dish.
5. Bake in preheated oven at 200C for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Dust Snow Powder over the top, serve warmed
