I loved this..all the time.

here is the fruit

here is the Drink!

Ingredients:
1 very ripe soursop(outer skin is soft to the touch)
5 tbsp sugar
50 ml water

Method:
1. Remove the skin of the fruit.
2. Discard and cut off the centre root.
3. Mash it using a spoon and mixed with sugar and water in a pot.
4. Leave it in the fridge overnight.
5. Serve cold.

Notes:
The soursop must be very ripe..and soft to the touch. If you get one that is still hard..leave it to ripen.
