I used to make this regularly like every weekend..then my juicer/blender died on me. since then, wasn't able to do it anymore. I think I over worked it..!

you can use any kind of fresh fruits with this. And its best to be taken/drank immediately.

Ingredients:
1 cup of strawberries
1 cup Vanilla Ice cream
1/4 cup fresh milk

Method:
1. In a blender, add ice cream, strawberries and milk.
2. Blend for about 3 mins or until everything is blended together.
3. Re-freeze in the freezer compartment for at least 30 mins.
4. Serve immediately.

For varieties of fruit to use:
1. Honey Dew + Red Apples
2. Kiwi Fruit
3. Pineapple + Green Apples
4. Mango

You don't need sugar as these are fresh fruits and ice cream are already sweeten. You can limit the amount of milk used depending on the type of fruit you use too. If the fruit is juicy like water melon, then don't add milk at all.

Its my way of ensuring my girls take fresh fruits..since they love ice cream more.
