Ingredients:
5 large eggs
3 cups Chicken stock(I used Canned ones)
10 pcs grey prawns(remove shells, head)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Light Soya sauce
Coriander leaves for topping

Method:
1. Beat eggs lightly.
2. Add chicken stock, salt and light soya sauce and stir to mix well.
3. In each bowl, add 2 pcs of prawn on the bottom.
4. Pour egg mixture into each bowl.
5. Leave it aside to settle for about 10 mins.
6. Steam over rapid water(means water is bubbling) for 5 mins.
7. Switch off the fire and top with coriander leaves.
8. Leave it in the steamer for another 5 mins, covered.
9. Serve hot.

Hi Gina,

I don't if I asking something silly. The cup which you refer to is roughly how much ml? And the serving is for how many people so that I can roughly estimate if want to make for different number of people.

Thanks.
