Does anyone have the recipe for making ice-cream - the ice-cream in tub type and the ice-cream on an ice-cream stick.

Thanks.

I think you need an ice cream machine. The ice cream machine helps to freeze and beat the creamy mixture at the same time. to form into a semi hard form. Then you still need to freeze it in the freezer.

I saw one for sale at Tangs Superstore 2 weeks ago.

Even Sorbets are done using the ice cream maker. But if you are talking about ICE Lolly, then you do not need an ice cream maker. Ice Lolly is those non-creamy ice cream on a stick. Those are just syrup water mixed with fruit cocktail or freshly blended fruits mixed with honey or sugar and pour into a ice lolly container and freeze till its frozen.

I'll go and take a picture of this ice lolly container and post later to show here. That one, I have tons of recipes for it. And I used to feeding my very sick kid with it to keep her hyderated. This advice came from the doctor. Basically to bring down a hot fever and when a sick child does not want to drink any liquids..this is the best way to kill 2 birds with one stone

as promised..here is how the ice lolly cups look like. Sorry I cannot remember how much it costs. But I definitely remembered that I got it from cold storage.

What I like about this particular ice lolly cup is that it has a straw. When the ice lolly melts and drips down to the cover, the child can suck it too.

I'll post the recipes for it under the kid's meal.
