This is great for home parties. Easy to make, no fuss and very little time taken. I served this once recently this year in March. I had a tea party and had some of my friends over. The kids loved this. I made 1 kg of this dish. In 2 hours' time, there was nothing left. the kids had double helpings of this.

Ingredients:
300 g macaroni
2 cans of Creamy soup(you can mix and match, doesn't have to be the same flavours)
1 floret of Broccoli(or you can use 1 packet of Frozen Veg)
4 cans water(use the can soup to measure)

Method:
1. boil water to cook macaroni. Drain and set aside in a large casserole.
2. In a large sauce pot, add 4 cans of water with 2 cans of creamy soup and boil till its dissolve/mixed together.
3. Add vegetables in the hot soup.
4. Pour soup over macaroni.

Can be served cooled. Not cold.

Varieties:
1. you can add tuna flakes, chopped ham or chopped saugages on top.
2. you can also add mashed potatoes on top and baked in an oven for 10 mins.
3. you can add Sour Cream potato Chip on top too!

yes. you can use any brand of creamy can soup. Auntie Katherine is my mom's younger sister who lives in CA, USA. She created this recipe to feed her 2 daughters: fresh vegetables.

I cooked this dish last night, used Campbell soup. Would recommend to mix with less water as the sauce seems to be too diluted.

We topped it off with a slice of melted grilled cheese for taste and presentation.
