Yesterday I wanted to bake this for the kids to bring for their Children's day party but I made a silly mistake by adding salt instead of sugar. In the end, I have to dump the whole lot. But the kitchen smells nice though. Will try again on Wed. Wink

Hi Connie,

Is 180 deg fanforced or convection?
Also if I like my cookies to be chewy instead of crunchy, do I just bake it less 10 mins?

Thanks

Hi connie, I was happy that this receipe was really very easy to follow receipe. I did it today. Well the first round turn out a bit failure cause mayb of the oven heat control. Later round was much more better but was too paisei to show mine disformed cookies. Thanks for your receipe.

Hellokitty, snowflakes, roy & teofamily

I am happy that you enjoyed it as much as I do!

Milkshake, I am using Microwave Convection Oven. As every oven is different, you will have to bake and watch the cookie while baking for the 1st round. Then you will find out what is the best temperature for your oven. As for your second question, I am not sure if it works.

Rgds, Connie

Hiee,

Can I confirm the self-raising flour is 260g?

Thanks.

PS: tried baking,...erh... mine kinda of dense...not too sure is that the right word use... basically, not very crunchy...I baked 175C for almost 20 minutes... could it be I overbaked? Thanks

I made a batch of these wonderfully-crunchy cookies for my friends to mark the end of a successful project and they all loved it! One of them even asked me for the recipe. Smile

Thank you Connie for sharing with us these yummy cookies. Smile
